Development / management of grant schemes

I have extensive experience in grants development and administration both locally and in the UK, including skills and experience in developing funding guidelines, creating relevant forms in Smartygrants, designing and managing assessment processes, and administering the grants process from beginning to end. I know first-hand that designing and delivering a robust, transparent and accountable grants program that meets the needs of artists and communities is both time consuming and incredibly worthwhile. I can work autonomously or as a support to an existing employee or team to ensure grants programs work smoothly to deliver their desired outcomes.

Commissioning work and artist briefs

I can support the process of commissioning artists for creative projects, including temporary or permanent public art projects, community arts projects, installations and performances. I can help you to identify your needs, write your artist brief and manage the expression of interest/application process from beginning to end.

Programming and producing

I can help to devise a programming strategy for a venue, identify key audiences, work with communities and artists to activate spaces, write and administer artist/performer contracts and develop and deliver program and audience evaluations.
